Now that it is over, I can explain why I was like in such a rush to finish it on this very specific day of February 21st. Now some of you are probably already like "yeah obviously today's the 35th anniversary of Zelda" which is true, but that's actually a complete coincidence. That is not why this is on February 21st. What originally happened was when I did two pauses originally, this was the first LOTAD I ever did, six years ago today, I did it, I made commentary, I didn't even really think anything about it, and I uploaded it. And then there was a run being worked on, kind of the same vein, Ocarina of Time 100% in three pauses, and we had commentary on that as well, everyone knows about that. So those two runs were done and I didn't really think anything of it until like six months later. Six months later, after three pauses was uploaded, I realized, in the most insane coincidence ever, that two pauses and three pauses were uploaded on the same exact day one year apart, and i'm like "I have to make this an annual tradition". So every single year, since 2015, we have had a Zelda 64 challenge run, that has been commentated and uploaded to Youtube on February 21st.Kaztalek - February 21st, 2021
LOTAD stands for Low-Optimised Tool-Assisted Demonstration. As the same suggests, it's an unoptimised TAS used to demonstrate a route or some cool glitches.
